Algarve Long Term Rental Agreements
When you rent a property long term (from a few months to a year or more) you are
usually responsible for the utility bills- gas, electric, water and any extras such as phone, internet or cable TV. Your landlord or lady will usually pay the condominium fees (where applicable) and the council tax. As well as your first month's rent you may need to put down a security and breakages deposit before moving in. It is normal for either party to have to give at least one month's notice before ending the agreement. However these terms and conditions can vary and are agreed by both parties before any contracts are signed.
